This website is intended for adults who want to find out about local groups, activities and services within the community.
There is a wealth of practical information on this website about staying independent, money matters, keeping active, healthy and well, and much more. There are also lots of links to other useful websites and organisations. Simply click on the coloured icons on each menu page to navigate to the subject you need or use the search function at the top of the page.
There are hundreds of free or low cost local groups and activities in our Activities and Events page that can help you - from lunch clubs, arts & crafts groups and exercise groups to voluntary organisations that will assist you with transport and housework. These types of groups could help you to remain independent and a part of the community.
There are hundreds of providers of services throughout Lincolnshire, many of which can be found in the Community Directory. These providers can provide everything from home care, gardening, and personal care to exercise classes, transport and sensory support.
Some national charities run groups and activities and provide services in Lincolnshire. Some are umbrella organisations for smaller groups and provide a website from which you can search for your local group; we link to these since these organisations keep their information up to date on their websites.
You can also use the interactive 'Our Community' page to search for the right help and information.
We do our best to keep the information on this website up to date and welcome any comments from you about information which is out of date or which you think would be useful - just click on the 'Feedback' button at the bottom of the page to let us know your thoughts.
