At New Beginnings we can provide counselling to anyone aged 5 and over.

Offering help and support with: depression, anxiety, women's support, perinatal support, panic attacks, OCD, carer and family support, abuse, trauma, veterans support, LGBT+ support, self harm, bereavement, men's support, substance misuse, gambling addiction and menopause.

We offer play therapy, group therapy, humanistic therapy and CBT. We practise as integrative counsellors and are registered members with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. BACP Registered Member number: 00965489.
