The Menopause Project is an innovative and much needed 39-week (9 month) programme for women suffering poor
mental health as they transition through perimenopause and beyond. 24 participants will partake in weekly, small-group, strength training classes at the gym, weekly Zoom pelvic floor health classes, access to the 28 Days of Mindful Art online video course and peer support and knowledge sharing through a private Facebook group. Sessions will be delivered by a menopause specialist coach with lived experience of the difficulties of periand post-menopause, building trust and
creating a safe space for improving participants’ resilience, strength and health.
