Building Better Mental Wealth is a project for adults 65+ to promote individuals socially to be part of a friendly gathering for activities and friendship. This will support good mental health, wellbeing, and independence. The activities are split into mindful, individual and group activities. This will be a safe and friendly environment for the members to form long lasting friendships and to promote social inclusion and engagement in the community. On a Monday there will be Community Staff from Lakeside, such as a nurse, available to speak to and on a Friday Social Prescribers will be available to signpost and to help.
