The HATS Community Hub is part of LEAP and the base of our Gainsborough Housing Team, supporting tenants in our 42 units in 16 houses in the South West Ward. If you are at risk of losing your home and are in need of accommodation with support to help you get back on your feet, contact the team direct.

The HATS Community Hub is also a place where LEAP residents living in Gainsborough's South West Ward can drop in to see staff, gain advice or to pay their rent.  It is an inviting & non-judgemental place where residents can also access computers to assist with job searches, access benefits and take part in online learning.
