Beneficiaries will attend the therapeutic horsemanship centre and experience the benefits of Equine Assisted
Learning (EAL) and work-experience: namely, improving their physical and mental wellbeing, confidence and selfesteem, and enhancing their communication and relationship skills. The project will also offer beneficiaries the
opportunity to gain relevant equine work-experience, and train towards recognised qualifications, with the aim of
helping secure and retain fulfilling and rewarding paid employment, returning to further education or volunteering.
