Lincoln Invictus is an ‘Inclusive’ two star England accredited football club offering Walking football and PAN Disability Football sessions within Lincoln.

All of our sessions take place at Ruston Sports and Social Club on their 3G pitch.

Walking football sessions take place on a Monday and Friday morning between 10:30am and 11:30am and on a Wednesday night between 7:00pm and 8:00pm.

The sessions are primarily aimed at the over 50’s but we have younger persons who’s have health and/or mental well-being concerns.

PAN Disability sessions are open aged and run from 5pm to 6.45pm on a Wednesday afternoon. The sessions are structured, fun and enjoyable and aim to help improve the participant's health through participation.
