We see ourselves as a leader in the constantly developing education sector that is readily embracing new technology, the latest training and accreditation. Based in Lincolnshire, we are ideally located to supply specialist placement provisions.
Working closely with schools and education authorities allows us to offer learner led education incorporating core subjects (Maths and English).
With our growing reputation for innovative thinking, we are setting new standards across the industry.
With over 20 years’ experience in the education sector, working with learners of all ages and backgrounds. We have focused on the engagement provisions whereby learners take ownership of their experience. These learners would otherwise struggle to attend engage or settle into mainstream schools. We have had a positive outcome with our learners based in Oxfordshire and we are expanding into Lincolnshire, adopting our experiences with local schools, learners and SEN.
MISSION STATEMENT:
To provide vehicles of engagement and re-engagement for pupils in KS3 & KS4
To work in partnership with schools and other community organisations to use football to promote social inclusion and development
Special Educational Needs
With the number of pupils with special educational needs (SEN) increasing nationally to 14.6%, there are more and more pressures on schools to find the correct provisions for some of the more challenging pupils.
With disruptive behaviour and/or a complete failure to attend, more resources are being used to help them in mainstream education.
Here at LES we offer pupils the chance to work 1 to 1 with a mentor using learner led education. The principle is simple, find out their interests and base their education around this. Allowing them to express their individuality whilst learning new skills at the same time.
Young People’s Learning Provision
Our Young People’s Learning Provision (YPLP) Study programmes offer alternative education to young adults who have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). LES offer tailored courses to fit in with an individual’s needs offering a mixture of skills training and vocational study, students are taught in small groups with a 1 to 1 mentor available.
Alongside your qualifications you will be taught interview techniques and work based practical experience in your chosen area.
