At YMCA Lincolnshire we believe every person is of equal value and should be given the support and guidance they need to ensure they can reach their full potential.

We work with people of all ages and backgrounds in a variety of different ways to support our local communities, making them into places where people can truly belong is our focus.

We work in 5 key areas; Day Care, Youth Work, Emergency Accommodation, Housing and Training, whilst also running Retail, Conferencing and Climbing facilities to help fund our services in Lincolnshire.

YMCA Lincolnshire is part of a much wider movement both nationally and internationally and, while retaining local autonomy, we often benefit from the strength and resources of the national movement.
