Join Marc for a 40minute Boxing workout. This ancient art is not only good cardio and strength training, but it works wonders for your mind. No experience necessary, Marc will take you through boxing exercises that will be suitable for all levels of fitness, with modifications where required.

Your Reader Leader will lead the group with a short story or poem and invite members of the group to comment on the text, sharing any thoughts and feelings the text triggers. You don’t need to be an avid reader to enjoy this session, you can get as involved as much as you like, or simply just sit back and enjoy the story.

Join Karen outdoors to explore the natural world and our beautiful surroundings of Stamford in the autumn. Combining fresh air and getting creative is great for your mental health!
You just need to bring a sketchbook, pens and/or pencils, warm layers, and possibly a foldaway seat, through there are plenty of benches around!
