This county-wide floating support service is for adults over the age of 18 who need support to manage and maintain their accommodation, and live independently. We work to ensure people in Lincolnshire receive the right support, at the right time, and in the right place.
We can offer support in a variety of ways, including telephone advice, drop-in appointments and one-to-one home visits.
Who we support
P3's drop-in 'Navigator' advice centres are available to anyone in the community who need advice or support, as well as helping people access other services to improve their situation or circumstances.

We can offer support in your home if:
You are aged 18 or over
You live in the county of Lincolnshire
Are experiencing difficulties maintaining your accommodation or are at risk of homelessness
