Snap is a friendly and inclusive support group for all individuals - babies, children, young people and adults - with disabilities and additional needs. If you do not have a diagnosis, don't worry - you are also very welcome to attend or ring us.
We also welcome and support all family members, friends, carers, Professionals, organisations, other support groups and churches who live with, care for or professionally support disabled, special or additional needs babies, children, young people and adults with disabilities and additional needs.

Mobile: 07900 635 366 - so you have someone to talk to; we love to send encouraging texts and up to date information. Mobile on office hours, Monday to Friday.
A pop in morning every second Tuesday 10am-12noon of each month (except August) - everyone welcomed, no booking in or appointment needed (except for our Christmas Snap where booking in is required in advance for catering purposes).
Free parking available, please book in as you arrive to avoid parking fees.
Come and relax, receive support and advice in our inclusive spaces: well being and pastoral team, resource library, creative spaces where you can join in around a table or sit quietly, a children's play area and a refreshments area - come and sit, relax, chat, make new friends.
We also offer prayer support, please let us know your prayer requests.
If you are coming for the first time and you are a little nervous, you are welcome to bring a friend, family member or professional with you.
Children are welcome to attend. Free refreshments.
