UpBEAT! By soundLINCS is up and running! Providing bespoke music making sessions, for those who self-refer, or are referred by a medical professional. It’s a social prescription service aiming to share the healing benefits of music. We believe it’s an amazing tool for our wellbeing.

At soundLINCS we understand everyone is unique, so our first step is to listen carefully to each participant’s needs, so we create music making opportunities bespoke to them. Then, we will signpost to other local opportunities, and loan equipment out long term, so the exploration can continue! Our goal is to remove barriers to music making, for all who want to do it.

Our vision is that everyone has an opportunity to be empowered through music.
