BEAMing sessions aim to improve wellbeing in the community. Each session runs for 1 hour and helps people explore and
learn a range of useful tips and techniques to support their wellbeing and mental health. The project will now include arts
and crafts, mindful movement or movement to music, breath work, meditation and overall relaxation to help reduce
stress, calm anxiety and promote selfcare. The project targets people aged 18 and over and supports people to connect to
themselves, to others and to their community.
