At Shine Lincolnshire, we believe everyone deserves a life of value, enabling them to shine.
Our 2025–2030 Strategy sets out how we will turn this belief into action over the next five years.
This strategy reflects how far we have come, the challenges we see ahead, and our ambition to create lasting, positive change for individuals and communities across Lincolnshire and beyond.
Between 2025 and 2030, Shine will continue to grow as a strong, values-led organisation, supporting people living with mental health challenges, dementia, learning disabilities and autism. We will focus on prevention, early intervention and inclusion, while strengthening the voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise (VCFSE) sector as a vital partner in health and care.
Our strategy is grounded in lived experience, collaboration and compassion. It recognises that real change happens when people, communities and systems work together.
Our priorities for the next five years

We will review our progress regularly, using insight, data and feedback to ensure we continue to deliver meaningful impact and remain focused on what matters most.
Join us on the journey
The future of Shine is one of connection, innovation and shared purpose. Whether you are an individual, organisation, funder or partner, we invite you to be part of this journey with us.
Together, we can build a brighter, more inclusive future where everyone has the opportunity to shine.

This is an important step in strengthening how the VCFSE sector works with the wider Lincolnshire health and care system through the Mental Health, Learning Disability and Autism Alliance (MHDLDA) — a county-wide partnership of health, care, community, voluntary and lived-experience partners working together to improve outcomes for people across Lincolnshire.
Aligned with national health priorities, the strategy defines five key areas of focus:
