ADULT SKILLS AND COMMUNITY LEARNING

Learn new skills, build confidence and connect with others

Shine Lincolnshire delivers a range of fully funded Adult Learning courses across Lincolnshire, designed to help people develop new skills, increase confidence and support their wellbeing.

Our courses provide a friendly and supportive environment where people can learn at their own pace, meet others and take practical skills away with them.

Whether you’re looking to take a step towards employment or volunteering, build your independence or simply learn something new, there are opportunities to get involved.

Learning for Everyone

We know that everyone comes to Adult Learning for different reasons.

For some, completing a course can help build their CV or provide a stepping stone towards employment, volunteering or further learning. For others, it might be about developing practical life skills, improving wellbeing, meeting new people or building confidence.

Whatever your reason for joining us, our aim is to make learning welcoming, practical and achievable.
