Want to use your skills to make a difference to mental health, wellbeing and communities across Lincolnshire?
At Shine, our people are at the heart of everything we do. Our team works across communities, services and organisations to help people feel connected, supported and able to live a life of value.
From Peer Support Workers and Community Connectors to trainers, project teams, youth workers and the people working behind the scenes, there are lots of different ways to build a career with Shine.
We are a team of around 40 people, working across Lincolnshire and beyond. Although our main office is at Bert House in Horncastle, our work takes place wherever communities need us – in our community venues, schools, workplaces and partner organisations, at events across the county and, for some roles, from home.
No two days at Shine are necessarily the same, but wherever we are working, we share the same purpose: connecting people, communities and services and helping create healthier, more connected communities.
We want Shine to be a place where people enjoy coming to work, feel valued for what they bring and have opportunities to develop.
Our organisation brings together people with a huge range of professional and personal experience. Lived experience, community knowledge, creativity and different perspectives are important to us, and we recognise the value they bring to the work we do.
We are collaborative, ambitious and always looking for better ways to support the people and communities we work alongside.
