Make a difference to the mental health and wellbeing in communities across Lincolnshire. 

Our offices are based in Horncastle, but we have opportunities for staff to work across the county from Stamford to Sutton on Sea and everywhere in between. 

We work where communities need us – this means one day you could be in the office, the next working from home and then finishing off the week at a community event by the coast.  

No matter where we are, we work to ensure we deliver the best service for that community to help develop the third sector mental health offer across Lincolnshire.
