As Institute Secretary at CMI, I'm responsible for making sure our governance and constitutional frameworks are solid. I advise the Board, its Committees, and the executive team on all things governance, always keeping CMI's mission to develop better leadership and management in mind. I'm delighted to be a Shine Trustee. I see a clear link between good mental health and effective management and I'm keen to contribute, especially when it comes to charity governance.
