Wright Way Sports & Education (WWSE) works with children, young people and families across Lincolnshire, using sport, education and inclusive activities to create opportunities, build confidence and strengthen communities.
WWSE became part of the wider Shine family in December 2025, bringing together our shared commitment to improving wellbeing, creating opportunities and supporting people to thrive.
WWSE delivers a wide range of activities across schools and communities, including:
Youth clubs and community sessions
Football and futsal
Holiday activities and HAF provision
After-school programmes
Performing arts
Inclusive sport and Ability Counts football
Education and development opportunities
Activities are designed to be welcoming, accessible and enjoyable, giving children and young people the chance to get active, develop new skills, make friends and build confidence.
Shine and WWSE share a belief that strong communities and positive connections can make a real difference to people’s wellbeing.
By working together, we can create more opportunities for children, young people and families while connecting them with wider community support when needed.
WWSE continues to deliver its specialist sport, youth and education provision while working closely with Shine to develop new opportunities across Lincolnshire.
