Beryl’s Bargain Vault 

Whilst Shine’s charity shop, Beryl’s has been a wonderful part of our hub, Bert House, we are making the difficult decision to make way for something new in its place.

Beryl’s has been made possible by the generous and kind support of our community. We thank all those who have donated, shopped and volunteered at Beryl’s, you’ve helped make a real difference.

After thoughtful consideration and invaluable feedback, we are thrilled to unveil exciting changes designed to maximise our space and better serve the community.

These enhancements will introduce new services, create rewarding volunteering opportunities, and transform our kitchen facilities—further transforming our already warm and welcoming space where people can gather, share meals, and access vital support and activities when they need them most.

Beryl’s last day open will be Monday 31st March , so we’d love for you to pop by, grab a final bargain, and celebrate the impact we’ve made together!
