Congratulations Belinda!

Shine Lincolnshire are excited to announce the promotion of our Business Manager, Belinda Butlin-Hodgson to the position of Chief Operating Officer.

Since joining the organisation two years ago, Belinda has been an integral part of Shine, ensuring the smooth running of the organisation alongside our CEO Rachel Wright. Her new role will see her working closer with Rachel to ensure business growth and development, and to assist with overseeing the daily operations of Shine.

Alongside this, Belinda will also be responsible for Finance, HR and Governance, and will deputise for Rachel as required.

Rachel, our CEO said ‘we are immensely proud of Belinda here at Shine. She works tirelessly to ensure that each member of staff is able to perform at their best and we wouldn’t have been able to achieve the level of growth over the last two years without her hard work and contribution. On behalf of our Board, I would like to congratulate Belinda and thank her for commitment and dedication to our organisation. We believe she will continue to achieve great things in her new role here at Shine.’

As an organisation the creation of a second executive role is testament to the growth and development achieved in the last 2 years and we are sure that Belinda will Shine in her new role.
