Community Wellbeing Hub Support Worker
Location: Bert House, Horncastle
Hours: 22.5 hours per week (Monday–Wednesday, 8:30am–4:30pm, 30-minute unpaid lunch break)
Salary: £13.50 per hour
Contract: Fixed Term – 12 months
At Shine Lincolnshire, we believe everyone deserves a life of value, enabling them to shine. We are seeking a kind, passionate, and community-minded individual to join our team as a Community Wellbeing Hub Support Worker, based at our Community Hub “Bert House”, Horncastle.
This is a rewarding role where you’ll help support the wellbeing of people in Horncastle and surrounding areas, assisting with community groups, events, and activities that make a real difference.
We’re looking for someone who is:
Kind, compassionate, and passionateabout making a difference.
Confident engaging with people from all walks of life.
Organised, proactive, and able to work well as part of a small, friendly team.
Has agood standard of education (e.g. GCSE level or equivalent in English and Maths).
Comfortable using basic IT systems (email, Word, Excel).
A good communicator with a positive, can do approach.
Additional Requirements:
Enhanced DBS checkwill be required for this role.
Completion of Shine Lincolnshire’smandatory training (including safeguarding, health and safety, and equality & diversity).
What we offer:

AL allowance of 28 days plus Bank Holidays (pro rata)
