Role Purpose
Are you an organised, proactive, and intuitive Personal Assistant who thrives on making things run smoothly? The Personal Assistant (PA) will provide high-level, proactive support to the CEO, ensuring their time is used effectively and the organisation continues to operate smoothly. What you’ll be doing:
· Managing a busy and ever-changing diary
· Handling emails and correspondence
· Keeping systems, files, and priorities organised
· Supporting the CEO to make the best use of their time
· Providing essential administrative and organisational support
What we offer:
· £16 per hour
· 20 hours per week (Monday–Friday with flexibility)
· Hybrid working (office + home-based)
· 7% Employer Pension contribution
· Health Care Cash Back Scheme
· Bike to Work Scheme
· Pro rata Annual Leave of 28 days plus Bank Holidays (with1 additional day per full year of service up to a maximum of 33 plus Bank Holidays)
· The opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a growing charity
· A supportive and purpose-driven working environment
If you’re someone who thrives on being one step ahead and making a real difference behind the scenes, we’d love to hear from you.
