Shine Lincolnshire is looking to extend its team of Trainers/Educators across the county – could you work with us to help support people to live happier, healthier lives within Lincolnshire?

We are looking for outstanding Trainer/Educators to deliver and assess a range of training including accredited qualifications and bespoke delivery across the county and wider region. You will need to be flexible to align with both Shine Lincolnshire and learner requirements. You will have experience of delivery with a range of ages and topics. Whether it is first aid, mental health, health coaching, floristry, hospitality, gardening, yoga or peer support you could be exactly what we are looking for.

You will have lived experience and will hold or be working towards, a recognised teaching/facilitation/coaching qualification including CERT Ed, PGCE, PTLLS, CTLLS, DTLLS, LV 3 Award in Adult Education (AET) or equivalent. The ideal candidate will have experience of delivering some or all of the following focus areas:

  • Physical First Aid for adult and/or Paediatrics
  • Mental Health and Suicide First Aid
  • Suicide Intervention
  • Wellbeing – workplace/community
  • Adult Education
  • Children and young people education (CYP)
  • Any community-based group facilitation
  • Community Support
  • Youth work
  • Counselling
  • Physical Activity
  • Hobby and Interest groups

We have opportunities for multiple tutors who can work either weekdays, evenings or weekends on a self employed or casual basis. This could fit around and be in additional to existing employment
