Hi, I’m Paul the new Peer Support Worker for the IMP area in Lincoln. I began my Shine journey 2 and half years ago as a Peer Support Worker and have recently spent a year working as a Support and Engagement Coordinator.

Becoming a PSW in the Lincoln North IBPT team is a new challenge for me to learn what possibilities and opportunities there is for people to get involved with.

I am looking forward to working with my new team and making a difference whenever and wherever I can.
