Steps is a long term, 1:1 mentoring/coaching support programme using a package of tools to help participants selfassess ‘where they are’ in their life. It takes people from chaos to stability through flexible 1:1 support using
Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT) and newly included Deep Democracy Training. This provides the
beneficiary with a point of focus, engaging individuals effectively whilst encouraging them to take responsibility for
their personal self-development and mental wellbeing. The end goal is to identify their strengths, be more resilient
and improve their skills to stay well. Meet, Move, Mend (Repeat) introduces our newest element to this programme
which includes physical and practical opportunities to group cycle and socialise.
