Woodland wellbeing offers forest school sessions for home educating families, to support mental health and
wellbeing; through community, skills development and nature connection. The project forest school and drop in
woodland wellbeing sessions are free for those that would not normally be able to afford to attend and support
the whole family to spend time together in nature, and improving mental health and wellbeing. These
programmes are open to all home educators or families whose children do not attend school, and inclusive
forest school sessions for families with autistic children with anxiety. This programme offers a safe space for
families who may not feel confident to join other groups and the sessions are limited to six children and their
